Please keep in mind that your items are made to order, that is, for the most part, we manufacture them as you order them. This does take a certain amount of time so please be patient we work on hundreds of orders every month.
REFUND POLICY
You have 30 days from the date your item(s) ships to request a refund. We do not refund our shipping fee, and there is a 14% Restocking fee on the cost of the item(s) returned. Any custom orders, such as those that have had special work, e.g.: smooth face, cantering, widening, or a total 4 set screws added to the shoe, DO NOT qualify for a refund. Any items that have been damaged or altered will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
If you are having a special Trigger Shoe manufactured, it is your responsibility to make sure the measurements of the trigger are correct and precise. If you are not sure about them please order at a later time when you are sure.
