SHIPPING CHARGES

• There is a standard shipping and handling charge of $6.75 for one item, the shipment method is always 1st Class with Delivery Confirmation. You can request separate USPS services at your expenses.

• IMPORTANT: If you are ordering more than one item, add an additional $2.00 for Signature Confirmation. This is for the entire order, not per item.

• You do have the option of choosing to add Insurance to your item, we recommend that you ship this method but it is completely optional and will be added to your total cost of shipping. The USPS has their fees posted on their web site at http://www.usps.com/prices/insurance-prices.htm

• We will be happy to send your order Priority or Express Mail. The fee will be the current USPS rates plus our shipping fee of $8.75.

• No Orders are Shipped UPS, Federal Express, or by any method other than the US Postal Service.

• Sorry we do not accept COD orders.

• International Orders must observe all US Custom Rules and Regulations regarding the shipment of orders overseas. Credit cards are NOT accepted for international orders. For orders outside the United States please mail information or questions to Tyler Mfg, PO Box 94845, OKC OK 73143

• Shipping & handling charge for oversees shipments is $10.00 US. For shipments to Canada the shipping charge is $8.75 for standard mail delivery, custom's rules still apply.

Business Terms, Policy, and Procedures

• Please keep in mind that your items are made to order, that is, for the most part, we manufacture them as you order them. This does take a certain amount of time so please be patient we work on hundreds of orders every month.

• Work generally begins within 7 business days after we are in receipt of payment, depending on where we are in our production schedule.

• We do not make any guarantees as to when your package will be shipped or will arrive, we can only estimate.

• Please allow 8 weeks for delivery after the payment is received for your order.

• When you order we try to let you know if we have the item on hand or we will have to manufacture your T-Grip or Trigger Shoe. If we have to make your item, please be prepared for a wait!

• Since most items are made to order, our policy is PRE-PAY only.

• ACCEPTED Methods of Payment: personal check, postal money order, cashier's check, or any other money order instrument.

• UNACCEPTABLE Methods of Payment: credit card, debit card, cash, or checks from credit card accounts.

• All Oklahoma residence must pay sales tax and shipping charges. Sales tax rate is 8.5% on cost of item. All other residence of surrounding states please follow your states guidelines for tax rates and procedures.

• You have 30 days from the date your item(s) ships to request a refund. We do not refund our shipping fee or shipping costs. We will accept your refund request as long as the item is returned unused without damage. Items are made to order, therefore, we do implement a 20 % restocking fee on each item returned. Any custom orders, such as those that have had special work, e.g.: smooth face, cantering/beveling, polish, brushed faced, rough face, shortening, extra removal of material, widening, added set screws applied to the shoe, ect... DO NOT qualify for a refund. Every item is made on an INDIVIDUAL BASIS, therefore each item may vary slightly. USED, DAMAGED, or ALTERED item(s) will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Returned items may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• If you are having a special Trigger Shoe manufactured, it is your responsibility to make sure the measurements of the trigger are correct and precise. If you are not sure about them please order at a later time when you are sure.

• IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you have the proper grips on your gun. Standard side panels that do not touch around the front strap of the gun are required. Your grips need to fit flush to your frame with no visible gaps. Barami Hip Grips work well with the Tyler T-Grip. If your grips are connected in the front, or you have fingers grooves on your grips, the T-Grip WILL NOT WORK. If your grips are connected in the front and you want to use the T-Grip you will need to get replacement grips. We recommend the following grip company: Eagle Grips, ph-800-323-6144. They are well known and reputable.
