We are in the shop Monday Through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Our phone lines are open at different times, separate from our business hours. So, the best time to get one of us on the phone is:

Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM and

Fridays 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM.

We sometimes take calls on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Closed Sunday.

Otherwise, we are working on the machines during production and can't get to the phone.

We are in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE, IN OKLAHOMA.

Please leave us a detailed message with your time zone so we can return your call. We do not return International phone calls.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check, or Money Orders. Sorry No COD's. However, we encourage and prefer, that you use a check or money order.

(CAUTION, RANT: We are trying to get away from the death grip that the credit card companies have on all of us. Yes, it is ironic and hypocritical at the same time, considering that the means by which we make our living partly deepends on people using their credit cards to buy our products. However, it does not seem fair or logical that the credit card companies and banks should be getting the money that we work for. It's a double edged sword. We make the T-Grips and Trigger shoes, we get paid for them, but yet the credit card companies/BANKS, that do non of the work, walk away with some of our profit. On to which, the amount they TAKE from us, does not even come close to the amount they TAKE from the person using the credit card. Frankly, it is a license for huge corporations to steal from working class citizens who need it the most. I suppose, it is the price we all have to pay for convenience. It might do us all a little good to be inconvenienced now and then. Having said that, we will still continue to accept credit cards. )
